  • How can I check the balance on my IKI gift card?

    The balance on the account is printed at the bottom of the cash register receipt every time after payment has been made with the IKI gift card.

  • What should I do if the amount on the IKI gift card is insufficient to pay for my purchases?

    If the balance on the IKI gift card is insufficient to pay for purchases, the difference can be paid in cash, or by any bank card.

  • Is it possible to replenish the IKI gift card account?

    No, IKI gift card accounts cannot be replenished.

    No, change is given back neither in cash nor in any other form, when paying for purchases with IKI gift cards.

  • When paying for goods with the IKI gift card, will a VAT invoice be issued?

    At the customer's request, a VAT invoice will be issued for the goods purchased but one needs to request this with the cash register receipt at once.

  • I lost my IKI gift card. Will I be able to recover the balance on my gift card account?

    No, in the case of the loss of an IKI gift card, the account balance is not restored.
