  • Do I need to produce a document certifying my identity when applying for the issuance of an IKI PREMIJA card?

    Yes. The application for issuing a card is accepted only upon producing a passport or any other document certifying the identity of a person.

  • Do I have to replenish my IKI PREMIJA account?

    No, you don't. You can purchase "Get Money Back" - labelled products even if you don't have any money in your card account and get back a certain amount indicated on the shelf label of the product. You just need to produce your IKI PREMIJA at the checkout beforehand and you can pay by any method that is convenient for you - by cash or using any bank-issued payment card. However, if you have replenished your IKI PREMIJA account and paid for your purchases with the IKI PREMIJA card, you will get back 1% on the amount paid with the IKI PREMIJA card.

  • Is there any time limit for spending the amount that I got back into my card account?

    When the amount that you should get back during the current month is transferred into your IKI PREMIJA card account on the first working day of a month, it increases the balance in your account by the respective amount. You are free to spend the money in your account at your own discretion for an unlimited period of time.

  • How can I replenish my IKI PREMIJA card account?

    The card account can be replenished in the following ways:

    1. by cash in cash registers of IKI and IKIUKAS stores. Money is immediately entered into the card account.
    2. by a bank transfer into the account of the specified card. The maximum period for entering money transferred by an order into the account is three banking days. When transferring money to your card account by payment order, the following data must be specified: IKI PREMIJA cardholder's first name, surname, and personal identification code, the IKI PREMIJA card number, and IKI contact details:
      UAB Palink, settlement account LT697044060000151631, AB SEB Vilniaus Bankas, bank code 70440, company code 110193723. The replenishment of the IKI PREMIJA card account should be indicated as the purpose of the transfer;
    3. clients of Vilniaus Bankas can replenish their IKI PREMIJA card account on the VB internet site.

    It can be accessed at VB internet site address or directly from IKI website www.iki.lt.

  • How I can view the history of IKI PREMIJA card operations on the Internet?

    The history of operations can be viewed on the website www.iki.lt.

    1. Select "IKI Cards".
    2. Click "IKI PREMIJA Card Operations".
    3. Enter the digits of your IKI PREMIJA card number and the log-in password into the empty fields.
    4. Click "History of Operations".

    Having set the desired report period, you can view the history of operations.

  • I lost my IKI PREMIJA card. How can I block it?

    If you have lost your IKI PREMIJA card, please immediately notify IKI about this. On working days, weekends and holiday days, please contact us from 8:00 to 22:00 by 8 800 114 54 (toll-free line) or mobile phone 8 650 016 16.

  • How can I check the balance on my IKI PREMIJA Maestro card?

    The account balance and operations may be viewed through the Nordea Internet Banking Programme. The programme can be accessed from the website www.nordea.lt. Balance on the account can be also checked in Nordea, Hansabankas, and DnB Nord cash dispensers.

  • What should I do if I have lost my IKI PREMIJA Maestro/IKI PREMIJA Mastecard?

    Please immediately inform about a lost or stolen card:

    Nordea bank by telephone +370 5 2361 371 (working hours),

    or UAB First Data Lietuva by telephone +370 5 2151 177, +370 5 2331 199 or +370 8 698 21000 (24 hours a day).

    A lost card will be immediately blocked. The blocking of the lost IKI PREMIJA Maestro card and the issuance of a new card are charged according to applicable tariffs.

    You should arrive in any IKI store or Nordea bank within 10 days after a verbal notification of a lost card and fill in the notification about the lost card. At the same time, you should pay the fees for blocking the lost card and issuing a new one. The lost card will be replaced by a new one.

  • What should I do if I don’t want to have a new card issued after the term of validity of my IKI PREMIJA Maestro card has expired?

    If you don't want to renew your card, you should notify the Nordea bank thereof in writing a month prior to the expiry of the term of validity of your card.

  • I am a senior citizen. If I order an IKI PREMIJA Maestro card, will I be able to get a 3% discount for purchases in IKI and IKIUKAS stores?

    Yes, senior citizens or disabled persons are issued IKI PREMIJA Maestro cards entitling them to a 3% discount on purchases in IKI and IKIUKAS stores. In such cases a copy of a pensioner's or disabled person's certificate must be attached to the application form.

  • I have used my IKI PREMIJA MasterCard. When and how much of consumed credit I need to repay?

    Consumed credit must be repaid by the 15th day of a month by transferring the entire amount spent during the previous month to the bank account. Your account can be replenished free of charge in any IKI store with the IKI PREMIJA Maestro card, in any Nordea bank office branch, or by bank transfer.
